The County Circuit Clerk of Courts is the custodian for many records, particularly court records, in Duval County. Most court records can be viewed online. For criminal cases, that information includes name, DOB, case type division, case status, next court date, charges, and timeline of court appearances.

To submit an open records request, you can contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents.

Deeds, which are legal documents regarding the ownership of property or legal rights, can also be obtained from the Clerk’s Office.
