The Lee County Jail is made up of three facilities and falls under the control of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. The Downtown Jail can hold 457 inmates, while the Core Jail can house 1,216 inmates. The Community Program Unit (CPU), a treatment and rehab facility attached to the Core Jail. Inmates are allowed to have 2 hours of visitation per week.
